Now my leads have little rubber cylinders around them, will these fit?

For your own safety: get a nice set of CAT-III or CAT-IV rated test leads (with shrouded plugs) from a somewhat reputable seller/brand.

Some examples:

https://www.amazon.com/Automotive-M-Way-Professional-Alligator-Multimeter/dp/B06XWTLFM6

https://www.amazon.com/Extech-TL809-Electronic-Test-Lead/dp/B0012VWUI6/

https://www.amazon.com/Amprobe-TL35B-Leads-Alligator-Clips/dp/B0029XJANE/

So the leads that came with my multimeter are... Well loved. There are some burn spots on them from being ever so slightly wreck less when dealing with a lot of current, and I think it's time for them to be replaced. Any suggestions that won't break the bank?

If you want quality and SAFE probes, go to reputable distributors of electronic parts and instruments and look at probes made by companies like Pomona, Fluke, Amprobe and on the cheaper end Uni-T (they have some decent higher end probes you can even find on eBay)

Pomona probes are usually decently priced, something like $15-25 for good meter probes

For example here's

Digikey : https://www.digikey.com/short/3vhzvn (Select Configuration: banana to test probe for classic meter leads)

Newark (Farnell.com if you're in Europe) :http://www.newark.com/c/test-measurement/test-leads-test-probes/test-lead-probe-kits

(note their own brand Tenma , they're often rebranded Uni-T probes or probes made by other companies but of decent quality, not cheap $1-3 multimeter probes)
