Best Mini ITX cases?

I am looking to make a mini itx case however I want something that is capable of holding a 240mm all in one liquid cooler as well as has a sidepanel window that will show the gpu with a riser card. Is there a case on the market that would have both of these features?

is a decent one. i attached a picture of my build, its not the smallest but will fit everything you want. and has a sweet tempered glass side panel.

I use a 250D at home. It's quite nice and roomy and I mount my headset stand on top of it.
