Is it still somehow filled with overpowered people running around slaughtering other players?

haha.. yea but a little less now that they have last stand to show off their power.. i am still on DZ level 36 , so moderately powered, but my weapons are lame

it still on uplay but it's being sold also on steam and also ghost recon wildlands is also on steam.

I've been looking for more people to play Division with, but i've never set foot in the dark zone, always nervous to - but i know that the new update is gonna make it so you can decide who is tagged to kill and not - so i'd be interested in it then!
