I can get a used gx 650w psu with two year warranty is this power supply any good?

I am not really sure if I can get a better deal in stores.... as I do see some 600w power supply's for 100$(new) though I am not sure if they are any good.

This would probably be the cheapest unit I would go for, and it's $150 USD...

It's still not that good. Is there anything else in your area?
