you need 2 drivers, 1 for bootable Windows other for storage

Then just use a tool like Hirens

There is a tool called WinToUSB that is free and works well. I've used it plenty of times.

To be honest, I would go with Linux instead because it's a much lighter OS.

That or just pull HDD and connect it to another machine.
