Looking for a secondary monitor

So Im looking for a secondary monitor to watch twitch streams, mainly at 1080P but I can handle 720p if needed. I looked around but Im having issues with finding a good monitor for a good price, I'm not really wanting to splash out a load for it, second hand would be fairly good. So what do you guys recommend and if you dont mind linking me some, that'll be great. I'm from the UK btw.

Are yard sales a thing in the UK? I can source a good 900p monitor for $5 every week when I bother waking up early on Saturday to find one.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Really need to know your budget before I can recommend you anything. Use case of the monitor would be a bonus too.
