gpu Gpu issue

So i have just built my new pc, I have installed everything and i installed windows and stuff like that But i have a issue when ever i try to use my gpu i plug in my connectors for my gpu  and put the hdmi in and turn it on and  my  screen is just blank 

 

Specs

Motherboard, MSI B250 M3

Ram, Corsair DDR4 16GB

CPU, I5 7600

PSU,  RM650x

GPU, MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X

Try checking in BIOS and see if the integrated GPU is disabled?

So you used your built-in GPU. I'd suggest checking your BIOS, so it will output onto the actual GPU.

also dont use the hdmi, my 1060 doesnt output the bios in hdmi only the desktop.

in the BIOS it says  PEG  but when ever i try using the GPU i turn on my Pc and its just a blank screen
