I have a keyboard with LED lamp on but can't use to typing. I open device manager and firstly see yellow exclamation on my keyboard. The first code error is code39 but i have fix it with delete upfilter and lowfilter registry. And now code error become code10 the device can't started. I have one other keyboard, i plug in and in device manager, the keyboard said this device work properly. But its still can't be use

The strange about twilo keyboard is, they can be use for open BIOS and change some setting with keyboard. I dont know what happen please help. I have update all the driver even bios. My spec i3 gen 4 windows 7 64 bit

Have you tried this keyboard on another computer?
