Uh I tried to OC this thing and got 3.9GHz at 1.38125 volt, load line calibration at level 2 on an Asrock X370 Gaming K4 (yes yes I'm FULLY aware of the EOL stuff), the only limiting factor is the wraith spire cooler that make the CPU thermal shut down.

How much more can I expect out of this chip with a decent cooler (found one, just need to get the AMD bracket for it) because other than being thermal limited in Intel burn test, Cine-bench runs fine, 30 times in a row! I have a custom Excel bench mark and it runs fine as well...

System Spec: H87 mobo from Zotac, I3 4130, 4GB ddr3 1600mhz Cas 11, WD green 2TB all in side of a Cooler Mater Elite 120

Don't use burn test mate

nothing will ever hit thoes temps ever

its a test designed to push intel temps to the max and is not designed for amd cpus at all,

get the free Aida 64 trial and run that n cb at the same time

do get a decent cooler tho

you could probly do 4 ghz at 1.43v

i can do 3.9 at 1.33v on mine

AMD (and proud) r7 1700 4ghz-

also (1600)

asus rog crosshairs vi hero x370-

MSI 980ti G6 1506mhz slix2 -

h110 pull - acer xb270hu 1440p -

 corsair 750D - corsair 16gb 2933

you are going way beyond what the wraith spire can cope with... It can perform effectively up to around 1.3V. Increasing frequency and voltages higher than 1.3V will cause thermal shutdowns easily... I sit at 4GHz with a Kraken X52. I've never actually tried 4.1 but I don't want to exceed 1.4V so I'm not going to.
