Games for Windows 10 library?

Is there something comperable to the Steam library for Games for Windows. Not something like the Windows store where you have to go through a hastle to get there. Maybe in the Xbox app? I mean a place where you can see all your Windows 10 games, even if they are not downloaded. Would be great to know.

What? How is getting to the Windows Store a hassle?

Getting to your library just takes 3 clicks longer than it should, not getting to the store. Well, it's not really a hassle but it annoys me that my library is hidden in some menu.
