Boot loop.

Hi guys, I've run into a problem. My pc gets stuck in a boot loop until I reset CMOS. I recently replaced my mobos original CMOS battery as it was dead and replaced it with one from another mobo. It's annoying as every time I want to use my pc I have to remove my GPU to access CMOS and reinstall both. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

 

Edit: When I boot system after resetting CMOS I load default settings.

the "new" battery not seated correctly or dead as well?

(Abit Fatal1ty FP9 IN SLI, C2Duo E8400, 6 GB Ram DDR2 800, far too less diskspace, Gainward Phantom 560 GTX broken need fixing)
