razer man o war

So recently i bought a razer man o war wirless and boy i love it the battery life is good the sounds is good there is no lag it feels really nice the mic isnt a stuio mic but good enough for playing games and talking to friends in teamspeak or discord.

 

There is only 1 problem razer included a charging cable (micro usb) people that have ever bought razer products in the last 1-2 years probally know that the cable has a gold color at the usb and and the micro usb part and the cable looks and feels very strong (never had issues with razer cables until now).

So i was looking for my cable to charge a powerbank also micro-usb i then decided to just use the razer cable since theo original cable from the powerbank whas still in my living room.

It was working and charging the powerbank, 2days later i noticed my headset need to get charged so i got the cable plugged it in continued gaming but after 2 hours the headset whas empty.

Appearently the cable stopped working i tried to load the power bank with it again also failed.

i used to power bank cable to charge the headset but this will only charge if i place the headset down so the cable is laying it will fall if i dont put it down this means i wont be able to play a game and charge my headset at the same time.

 

this isn't a huge problem for me since i can charge it overnight but i am wondering why the razer cable stopped working after less then 3 weeks. should i not charge any device with a cable that didnt orignal came with it?

Nope but i'm also getting static sounds since the last week so i'm going to try to get a refund
