Good system specs for mining

what would be some good specs to create a mining pc for etherum as i want to create a budget mining system under 700 dollars

Go on craigslist and get a cheap prebuilt for $50-$100, buy a decent power supply, and then use the rest of your money on a graphics card.

He could have a job and just be looking for some extra money, maybe for steam games. Or he could be younger and unable to get a well paying job.

He would make more money gambling though.

Even if he doesn't get a job at least he won't be losing money.

I guess unless he gets a good card it would take a while to pay off

Except coins get harder to mine over time.

The longer he mines the harder it will be to make money.

Maybe in like a few years he will have paid it off, and by that time the card will either be dead or it will have horrible resale value.

 

Basically you spend a bunch of money and eventually get it back after many years all the while not being able to use the PC for gaming or anything else useful.
