So this is my PC CONFIG :

PC Specs :
Core : i7 7700
Gpu :

Asus Gtx 1080 Rog STRIX

Motherboard: z270m-d3h gigabyte
Ram : 16gb ddr4 2400mhz
Storage 1 : 120gb ssd
Storage 2 : 1tb hard disk
Cabinet : cc830 gaming cabinet
Power Supply : 750w power supply

Will this support hackintosh or not ?

nothing technically and legally supports hackintosh

It doesn't matter if you got your copy of macOS Sierra legally if it's gonna be installed on a non-Apple machine and it violates the EULA:
