$150 Blower Style GPU??

If really on the cheap but new, a GTX1050 might be an option. But I'm not sure if there are any blower-style versions of them. GTX 960 and 970 definitely have blowerstyle versions, but those will definitely not fit an Xbox case. They are simply just to long, unless you would put it in the length of your case, but that might work against with the motherboard placement. For the money, a 970 would be pushing it. You must be lucky to find one for that price (or atleast in my country that is). GTX 750ti would also be on the cheap, even used. Those are in a sort-off blower style cooling, but some are even passively cooled. That way, if you just make sure to have sufficient airflow in the case, that would work 2.

You're correct in thinking there's no FE 1050's, no FE 1050ti's either.

Are there any AMD GPUs with blower style fans?

Most of the mid end cards of AMD have them. But I wouldn't consider them for this build, due the lack of space. AMD Cards are known for creating a lot more heat then a Nvidia card, especially older then the RX400 series. They also draw more power in comparison to Nvidia for roughly the same gaming results. (Not fanboying here, I love AMD cards xD )

Also keep in mind that cryptocurrency is booming right now, so even used AMD cards are priced way to high. For best price/performance ratio on the used marked, stick with Nvidia for now.

Alright ill look around. Is there a way to mod on a blower style cooler onto a mini 1050Ti?

There is always a way. You could simply block the sides, as long the PCI bracked (where for example the HDMI cable goes) is ventilated. It will effect the cooling performance, but its worth a shot. Just tape it closed for a bit to try it out should do the trick.

Run a synthetic GPU benchmark like furmark and monitor the temperatures to see if it stays within reasonable levels.

Will this work if the GPU is on its side using a flexible PCI-E extenstion connector?

this wont work. like, this things performance will be abysmal. unless its like a sapphire card, the fins are going up and down the card, meaning the air will not be able to travel along the card

It depends on the card really. I've seen Club3D cards with those mods with acceptable results.

I don't see any reason why not. As long the fan can grab air.

I'm not surprised. They are founded in my country, and my country isn't known for creating PC components at all. I think Club3D mostly sells in the EU. And yes you are right with the horizontal fins. But most of the cards that have a similar design like this one, have horizontal fins.
