Pc starts then blue screens

I have a old pc I want to give to someone blue I turn it on and right before I can get into the sign in screen it blue screens so I have to turn it off use it the power supply and drain the caps and it works again after that sometimes if I clear the caps before even starting it the first time it will start up normal but right before the sign in screen a gray screen pops up but goes away after 2 seconds can anyone help 

 

btw it's running windows 10 with a amd fx 4100, gtx 1050, 8gb of adata ram and some old random msi motherboard

@Shiv78 is on the money. Your either dealing with PSU or motherboard. Most probably the PSU. Especially if its a generic brand
