If this is an Intel Raid 0, then in theory, you should be able to reenable the raid in the bios, and it detect it and should automatically use it as a raid drive.

 

If it doesn't, then you'll need to go into the BIOS and set those drives back up as a raid.  DO NOT do this in the Intel RST program in windows.  It will erase the drives. 

Also be careful if you boot off another windows drives with those attached.  Windows will likely drive to initialize the drives, which will erase the partition header.
