I live in the Dominican Republic, so my steam store country is set to the DR as default, there is no way to change it because Steam is able to detect my location. Anyway, i'm able to make purchases using my local credit card, however, i would like to use my paypal account, The problem is, the address on my paypal account is set in the United States. (That is because is easier to have my courier address set on paypal, i don't even know if i can use a local address, whatever). When i try to make a purchase, Steam tells me i can't do that because my billing address (Set in the United States) doesn't match my current country (DR). I have no idea why the system works like that, everyone here in this country has their paypal address set to their favorite courier in the United States, and i can't be the only person with this problem. Is there any way to solve this?.
