Resetting my phone

I need help with getting my phones restrictions off because forgot the password and I can't use the App Store because it was removed because of my brother being unpredictable so I got stuck with a phone that can't use the App Store and since it's summer and I would like to get back into Pokémon Go to keep me from being on my laptop all day and gaining more weight (I'm under weight for my height according to BMI but that's the averages but I'm abnormally tall, Taran is a little taller than me and I just finished year 4 in school) but I also want to stay in shape because of football during school

log out of app store and log into new account that you make?

No I know my password for my Apple ID I just need to reset my restrictions that's it

Not directly helpful, but maybe work more on your reliance on electronics.

You shouldn't need an app to make yourself go outside. You're simply passing the problem off onto something else.

I know but I spend a bit of time on my laptop and I want to spend less time on it and you probably were the same when you got your first electronic
