Upgrading my Pre-Built PC

Alright, This is my first time here and finally decided to join the forums to get some help from you guys.

 

So I bought a set up for $60 from Craigslist that came with the PC, a monitor, keyboard/mouse combo, and it's doing well so far.

Here are the specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 635

Motherboard: N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix) 

GPU: HD 4200 (Integrated graphics)

RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333mhz

Storage: WD Black 750GB Hard Drive

PSU: Antec 380W Earthwatts (I upgraded the PSU)

Case: Rosewill FBM-01 (I also bought new case from Amazon)

OS: Windows 10 Home

I want to do some gaming and so I want to upgrade my CPU and my GPU. I've seen a couple of benchmarks and the CPU can handle a GTX 750 TI but I want to get more out of my system.

Any suggestions on the CPU and GPU upgrades. Planning on playing Battlefield 1, Fallout 4, and The Witcher 3 at low-medium settings if it can, and couple of esports titles at high frames. I also want to point out that the motherboard supports, according to the link above, CPUs with a 95w TDP.

How much is your budget for the upgrade?

Okay so, for the cheapest price, but still achieving the performance that you want, you should add 4GB of RAM and a GTX 1050/Ti. The athlon shouldn't bottleneck that card too much.
