Pc works but no mb or windoes

So i was playing pubg and my pc freezed. I thought this was a glitch so I safely turned it off and on but now when i turn it on it doesn't work no mobo no windows . I checked all the connections and everything works.

I assume "mb" and "mobo" both refer to bios?

 

Dead psu maybe

just interested, how could you test it if your mobo doesn't respond?

Fans graphicscard and watercooler turn on just fine

bad cmos battery only results in bios reverting to default settings and time/date reset every time the PC turns off. It will still start up.

CPU power cable? A similar situation happened to me when the CPU power cable is found faulty
