speed and buffer

i got a modem that can do 700 and a modem techni color alone the gateway can run everything 700 but with techni color i lose everything and one computer gains 980 that speed and all the other 30 as computer laptops phones tablet i am not sure as with one there no almost buffer if i move the gateway of 700 will it still buffer allot of the videos as on youtube and is there fix and for bufferblotware from comcast?

The only way I was able to fix buffer bloat with Comcast is use QoS options on my router. Mind you, I DONT rent shit from Comcast. We own the modem and a router. My router is flashed with DDWRT so the QoS options works. But thats the only way I was able to solve the issue.
