Ok so last year i decided to build a PC in a desk. I used most if my old hardware and got all the neccessary watercooling stuff.

My specs are:

  • ASRock B75M-GL R2.0 mobo
  • Intel core i5 3570 cpu
  • IChill nvidia geforce GTX1060 6GB
  • Corsair vengence 2x4GB ram
  • 2x samsung 750 evo ssd
  • Corsair RM750x psu

So i put everything together and even back then i had to ditch 1 ram stick because i ran memtest86 and it was faulty but other than that it worked...btw i didnt have my 1060 until recently. I put it in aircooled and everything worked.

Two weeks back i finally got myself a gpu waterblock and dismanteled the whole thing because i wated to change the layout a little. Yesterday i finally filled it up with just distilled water for now and try to turn it on..it started but then died and so on..basicly a startup cycle.

Things i have tried:

  • I disconnected everything except gpu, cpu cooler, cpu cable and mb cable.
  • I changed the battery
  • Reseted the cmos
  • Got a working stick of ram from a friend
  • Tested psu voltages
  • Changed ram slots
  • Try to reseat cables

And it still doesnt post.

NOTE: When i disconnect cpu power with ram inserted it wont cycle but still nothing on screen

Also when i plug cpu in and run it without ram it does the same thing.

The last thing i can think of is letting the water out and reseating cpu and removing gpu (which i disconnected from psu and connected my monitor in mobo btw). other than that i am trying to find my case speaker (which i lost -.-) if that would give me some info.

If you have any ideas i would really appreciate to hear them.

Also..here are some pics of the build:

(monitor will not stay there ;) and also i have my stock cooler plugged in the cpu fan connector just so the mobo knows its there.. I have my pump in another pwm slot because its closer)
