cheap video card

Hi I'm looking to choose a cheap video card that output video to a ryzen processor and let me play pro evolution soccer 2017 in 1080p?

The options I've seen are:

- gt 1030

- r7 350

- r9 270

- gt 730

All in similar price range and 2 GB GDDR5.

 

rest of setup: ryzen 5 1400, 2x4 Gb ddr4, ssd, PSU evga 430w

 

What options should you consider? Thanks

Look at used 750Ti's or new GTX 1050 2GB's.

By a few frames in a notoriously unoptimised game. The price and state is more important when picking these two: cheaper used card (potential problems), or more expensive new card.
