HItmanpro detects a suspicious temp file (~d58d.tmp)

Is the temp file safe or is it a virus? Should i ignore it or remove it immediately?

What does the file also mean or do?

We don't know what it does, because temp files are named ina way so they are, well, temporary (and therefore not descriptive).

Unless you installed some things that you know were pretty sketch (cracks, anyone?), and you know what you are doing, I'd suggest just removing it.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

Unless one actually takes a look at the source code of said cracks, it can be argued that one doesn't really know what they're doing.

Upload it to VirusTotal and see what it returns.

Hitman Pro tends to flag a lot of false positives as far as I know, so there's no way to really know without more information.
