Camera driver missing - Win10

New 100-15IBD Laptop (ideapad) - Type 80QQ

Can't find camera windows error code: 0xA00F4244(0XC00DABE0)

The camera doesn't show up in device manager. Windows settings for camera are ON, tried to install driver from Lenovo website

(Camera Driver (Gennis, Realtek) for Windows 10 (64-bit) - ideapad 100-14IBD, 100-15IBD - Gennis_8.0.1.2376 Realtek_10.0.10586.11193) but all I get is a error while trying to install.

Can you check if the camera is enable in the UEFI/BIOS ?

Possible even on a new laptop that depending on how it's manufactured, they may have missed connecting it at the factory.  However, I agree, check and make sure it's turned on in the BIOS if you have that option.

Checked the UEFI/BIOS and there were no options for the camera

Allright... No unknown device on the Device Manager ?

Nothing that I can spot. Maybe @PineyCreek was right - The camera wasn't attached during installation

Went to the Lenovo partition into drivers and camera and ran the setup.exe file and it still doesn't work

Just thinking to somthing, did you tried the keyboard shortcut, fn+esc, has in some model it turn of the webcam controller ?

Year taking it to the store later (especially weird because it's brand new)

Stupid long shot:  Reinstall system chipset drivers, etc. specific for your model in the event that it's connected via some random peripheral bus and that driver wasn't properly installed.
