Hello,

My computer, which is getting up in age, just keeps crashing. I've done all but a clean install of windows. I think I've narrowed it down to one of 3 issues, either gpu, SSD, or motherboard. It boots fine half the time, and then it's like a ticking time bomb, you never know when it will crash. I don't have a bucket of graphics cards to troubleshoot it, and the ssds are in raid so I can't get the smart status from them. I don't know if there is something I can do to extend the life of this machine just until Vega comes out. It has an i7 920 with the overclock disabled, an Asus p6t deluxe v2 motherboard, an evga gtx 680 gpu, and 2 120 gig corsair force ssds. All of the parts were bought new when they were released, so the likely hood of a part going bad is not unlikely. Please help if possible. Thank you.

Note, I'm not the original owner and there were no warranties that came with it, so that's not an option.

Checked event log?

Bow down to me humans.

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.

How would I do that?

Search Windows event log into Windows search

What would I be looking for. Is there like a section that shows what caused the crash. Currently I'm checking it, and the screen just freezes. Is there a way to download it and then post it on the forum for you to look at.

Just look for any errors (yellow or red) and screenshot it

OK, so after rebooting it a couple times to try to get into the event log, it won't boot and every time it does, it brings me to the recover windows page where it has troubleshooting and things like that. I'm just going to reinstall windows and see if it works.
