Does the MSI - B150M MORTAR Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard come with the wireless networking stuff or do I have to buy it separate?

No it doesn't. But I'd highly suggest going with the Ryzen systems me and @tom_w141 made lists for, as they will perform better than any Intel system in this price bracket in general.

@Randomness

The motherboard M.2 slot #0 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled.
The Cooler Master - Hyper 212X 82.9 CFM CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the Gigabyte - GA-AX370-Gaming ATX AM4 Motherboard.

I swapped motherboards with this

MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ARCTIC ATX AM4 Motherboard

and got rid of the first issue.But what do I do about the other one?

It's not really a issue. The first one wasn't a issue. It's just that the M.2 shares bandwidth with SATA.

You can't fix the other one. You have to contact Cooler Master to get a  free bracket.
