Hey, what component of my PC should i upgrade first?

I have a GTX 750 graphics card and a AMD A10-7800 processor.

I'm not familiar with that AMD processor so I wouldn't know if it would be a bottle neck for the new gtx 10 series. If gaming is the goal, than I would start with the gpu upgrade first. The only problem is that right now is probably the worst time to buy a gpu due to the gpu shortages. A lot of gpu's are over priced. If you can't wait for stocks to refill than start upgrade the cpu/mobo, but that won't have a direct impact on your gaming performance until you get a new gpu.

It's a bottleneck for even an RX560/GTX 1050.

Go for a used card, then you should upgrade your CPU. What's your budget? Also what is your PSU?

You would have to upgrade both the CPU and GPU.

GTX 970 should do, preferably 980 and if you can even get one, 390/390X is so much better

Yeah, 390s are much more expensive here so i might buy the GTX 970. Should i definitely upgrade the graphics card before the CPU and Motherboard?
