Which RAM slots would this RAM, Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory fit into in this motherboard MSI - Z270 SLI PLUS ATX LGA1151 Motherboard?

They can go into any of the 4 RAM slots? I thought some RAM had to go in certain ones, like slots 1 and 3 or slots 2 and 4.

You only do that for dual channel. Which is recommended.
