Corsair vengeance ddr4 16g

Mc500 m.2 ssd 120g

The trouble maker --l>gtx670

I booted it up with out the gpu first installing all the drivers. Than wile I was going for a walk out side I fawnd the gpu at a hard sale for $5, so I skipped home and put it in my new rig. However as I'm playing games with it it freezes and stutters in 5 to 30 min if I pres the Windows key and click on the game again it continues playing like my things the matter I tested it by removing the card and playing the game and no shuddering or freezing I have the current drivers provided by nvidea as well as a massage headache because I keep hitting my head instead of the card hoping it won't act up any help would be gravely appreciated thank you in advance for helping a console pesant like me

I have Been saveing  for a gtx1050 .

But a $5 gtx670 was to tempting

did you use DDU before you installed the gpu? if you havent used DDU, try it now and download the latest drivers afterwards from nvidea themselves

I did  already

Should I try in uninstalling and reinstall

if you already used DDU, then the gpu might be a bit broken. you got it for $5, probably there was something wrong with the gpu and that's why you got it for that cheap
