Hey Guys I really need help with my Lenovo z51 laptop I just entered the BIOS and changed the value of Integrated GPU from 128MB  to 4GB then changed the 1st boot option to USB so I can Install a fresh windows, then after the installation the screen of the windows turned into Black and white no other colors and I opened the device manager the integrated GPU not even listed there, then I installed the drivers but nothing changed so i tried to access the BIOS again to restore it back but I can't and normally when I fire up the laptop 1st thing happens the Lenovo logo appears now it doesn't even show .. what should I do?! and thanks in advance. (( and sorry if there is any grammer mistakes ))

Do you still have access to Windows? If so disable fast boot, then you should have access back to the bios in order to resolve any issues you may have.

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?
