This is common when a company has to send out parts for no charge. Isn't really relevant but my Ikea wardrobe came with one door handle and the replacement took about this long to arrive. Im guessing its being shipped from the US in which case it's not bad a all, hope that helped.

It can take 4-6 weeks as a safety net. They would probably take 3 or 4 depending on how easy you make it for them, i.e. is everything "as it should be?".

All of my Corsair RMAs have been via FedEx but that's to Canada, not the UK.  4-6 weeks sounds like regular parcel mail. ^_^;

So for my experience with them has been mediocre at best. H115i developed a small leak, and I made a ticket with the receipt like I was told to (as well as a picture of the leak). It took a WEEK for them to get back to me and tell me that they needed a full invoice, even though I was told that I'd just need a receipt.

Was your order fulfilled by Amazon? In that case it could be worth contacting their customer service.

I've been waiting 5 weeks now for my Corsair replacement PSU. What a joke.

However, I recently had to RMA a Gigabyte videocard, bought on Amazon.

Their initial response was "just call Gigabyte". I explained Gigabyte wants customers to contact the supplier. They straight away apologized and and my new GPU was on the way. With their next day delivery I had a replacement within 24 hours of contacting Amazon customer service. And they gave me a month to return the old one!

Does you mum know you're here?
