This is just my opinion, but I'd go 500w just to be on the safe side. Corsair's got the CX series which is ultra-affordable.  I'd recommend the CX500 or CX500m if you want modular.  Other than that, the system looks good.  Other than maybe the cpu being a bottleneck in the future.

Edit: I've been looking at prices, and you can get the CX500 on Amazon for around $58 USD.  That's a very affordable price for a name brand, trusted PSU.

Yeah, no. Not at that price. The CX series are pieces of shit that you should stay away from unless your budget is so low it can't supply Rob Ford with half a day's worth of cocaine. Find an XFX Core 550.

I'm not buying from Newegg or Amazon so yeah.I found all the parts in pretty decent prices though and I'll go with it.By the way,if you check the previous answers a guy told me my CPU will be a bottleneck in the near future.Could you explain me this?

What he means by your CPU being a bottleneck is that more and more games are going to be using 4+ cores, since your i3 is only a dual core(hyperthreaded to 4) this will bog down your performance in the long run.

Hell, Skyrim runs decently on i3's, BF3 and BF4 are decent as well, but they recommend quad cores at least.

when people need a good budget system, they come to me, after looking over your list, I've calculated the price to be around $700 + OS

personally, this is what I would build at that price:

CPU:  AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor  ($147.98 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler:  Cooler Master V6 GT 93.7 CFM CPU Cooler  ($9.99 @ Mwave)
Motherboard:  Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  ($103.99 @ Mac Mall)
Storage:  Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk  ($79.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card:  PowerColor Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card  ($114.99 @ Newegg)
Case:  Rosewill Blackbone ATX Mid Tower Case  ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive:  Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD/CD Writer  ($15.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $666.89
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
(Generated by PCPartPicker 2013-11-24 17:42 EST-0500)

I hope this helps.

Now for the explaination:

7870=270X, this one is almost $100 cheaper (that's where the SSD came from)
the FX 8320 is just as fast as the i5 4430, but is $30 cheaper & can overclock
Coolermaster V6 GT it's just a 212+ with a fancy shroud, & two fans, so at $10, it's a steal.

Now that I freed up around $60, I threw that at the PSU, so now you have some upgradability & overclocking headroom.

To be safe get a 500watt psu butt if you ever want to be able to upgrade anything you probably at least want a 600watt psu. Plus the more headroom actually saves power.

Gaming rig- Cpu- Amd 9590, 16gbs of G Skill Ram, Gpu- GTX 760 windforce 3 edition 2gb. A Thermaltake water 2.0 water cooler for my cpu. Keyboard- Thermaltake Posieden , Case- 750D, Mobo Asus 990fx R2.0. 24 inch Dell LED monitor

I'm not going to upgrade anything on this system.I'm getting it now so I can decently play the new titles.I'm graduating in 2 years and I'm gonna get a new computer then so I'm not gonna change anything on this build.

As long as your happy with it everything should work. And if your gonna get a new one in 2 years then this power supply should last until then.(When power supplys are under full load they tend to die sooner)

The 8350/6300 would be better for your money. Games like BF4 are starting to use multi-threaded processing, so they'll be able to take advantage of AMD's 8/6-core more efficiently. Also with the next gen consoles using 8-core APU's, we are speculating that more games in the near future will be taking advantage of multi-threaded processing as well.

I don't know when you graduate, but the 8350/6300 would be a great choice for 2-3 years down the road, in my opinion at least.

I don't buy from Newegg because I don't live in America.I don't buy from Amazon because buying the products from there, plus the transport money, will cost me the same amount of money. So I don't think it is worth it at all.Sorry for bad englando.
