It still shocks me that the US has limits, over here my phone has unlimited data (Has a fair use of 1 Terabyte then you half your speed) and my ISP gives me unlimited 120/12, There are some ISPs that limit to data such as 40GB but they have literally 0 customers on those plans.

Dude, I have an 80GB limit. 

Lemme guess, Rogers' Express? I'm in the exact same boat.

How do you live with an 80gb cap? That is just plane stupid.

360p Youtube videos. And about 4 Steam games I own, but haven't been able to download. I've had Red Faction Armageddon sitting in my library for about six months now.

EDIT: I mean unreasonably low data caps, obiously.

2. @OP: Are you absolutely positively sure that this is actually from your ISP

and not caused by some sort of malware (wherever that might come from)?

not malware i have malwarbytes plus i called them & they say i'v been reaching my limit which is insane since i only just got netflix & been using crunchyrol & PS3 youtube app

Move to the UK and get Sky Unlimited Fibre Pro... I get 80Mb download speeds and 20Mb upload speeds which are completely unlimited and has no traffic management policies at all... Meaning I don't get throttled at peak times ;)

My dad has a 200GB limit for the network as a whole, but I have a 20GB limit, personally.
