Absolute Best CPU For Gaming AND Streaming

I'm currently building a 20K BEAST for the best VEGA that will be available, pre-made for the next or after next generation of AMD's GPUs.

So I'm looking for the BEST CPU for Gaming 2K 144HZ/4K 60HZ AND for Streaming/Editing on that resolution, The price doesn't matter (If you really want a max it's 1500$).

I know there isn't an absolute answer for it, so that's why I'm saying; LET'S DISCUSS!!

Edit: Went for i7-7900x

honestly threadripper seems to be the way to go once it comes out . 7900x is also really fast but will be quite a bit more expensive for the performance you get.

Honestly, it seems a lot better than the 5960x, so I think I'll go for that (and it's actually cheaper).

someone will make the comparison for streaming bewteen threadripper cpus and the intel core X competitor like people did with the 7700K and the 1800x

Linus did, and it was matched or even better than the 6950x. I'll overclock it to 4.5 Ghz
