GTA 5 CRASH

I own a powerful rig with 8gb of ram and a gtx 1060 however when I reach the welcome screen on online after the new update The game just crashes with this error

I have tried copying the 3d9d dll from system 3d but it didnt help.

try disabling the soundcard and see if that works, otherwise you might have a corrupted game install.. try a reinstall.

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?
