5V=2A - then you should look for a hub with at least 2 amps. /I guess 9V are for the fast charge/

But there is a catch.

You see, almost all phones nowadays doesn`t charge if they are under medium to heavy load. And I don`t know if that is the case with yours.

If it is then even if you get a hub with proper power supply you will not get any output.

The main thing you should be aware of is how much current would your phone need for a proper charge. So this means hub with external power supply with at least 1 amp. Otherwise you can do some damage to the mobo.
