Mechanical keyboard choices

I have 100 dollars (actually 90 but I can spend 100 if I need to) I need to find the most silent mechanical keyboard and o-ring combo for that price range. Cherry MX or clone doesn't matter.

 These two i have used both fall with in your budget and are but great choices they are not o-ringed to my knowlegded but they are silent from my use

That's funny because I already own both those keyboards just with different switches and I don't want to be confused which one is the red k70 and the blue one but I might have to buy it if I can't find anything better
