I set it to 3.8 didn't want to push it, but when I ran it stock with the 212 Evo it boosted up to 3.9 on 1 or 2 cores at a time. So I assume It would work fine I just haven't tried

yeah but having all 12 threads run at 3.9+ ghz stable is a different feat

fair enough, I'll have to try it at some point

Right now Its running at 3.8 with a cpu voltage of 1.23750 (as per Ryzen master). HW Monitor shows a vcore voltage of 1.363.

So I'm thinking I got some breathing room with the voltage

I'm still a bit of OC newb and could be totaly wrong about that.

so using Ryzen Master I tired 3.85

10 min of AIda 64 stability test is likely not enough but its stable

I'm going to bumb it up to 3.9

3.9

3.95 crashed windows as soon as as the stability test started

I imagine I could maybe get working if I knew more and was more hands on with the settings.

I've managed 3.85ghz, but to go any higher I need to do 1.5v. (3875mhz was only stable / would boot on 1.5v)

I refused to do anything other than boot or idle the processor at those speeds, I doubt it was stable, but at 1.375v, and 3.8ghz it was, wouldn't do more than that though.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 @3.7ghz (1.3v) Cooler: NZXT Kraken X62 GPU: Zotac Mini GTX 1060 Case: NZXT - S340 (Black/Blue) Mobo: MSI B350m mortar arctic

RAM: Team Vulcan DDR4 (2x4gb, 2666mhz) Storage: Toshiba 1tb 7200rpm HDD, PNY CS1311 Sata SSD (6gb/s) PSU: EVGA - BQ 500w 80+ Bronze semi modular

Haha cheers For the intro

slap ur voltage on 1.39v manual

and line load calibration to as high as you can for 3.9

what board are are you using ?

Llc is important as it stops droop

if u find ur idle voltage is crazy higher than your load voltage turn llc back a notch

your ok up to 1.45v as long as u have a decent cooler man

let me know how you get on with this ;)
