The problem is that where i live AMD stuff are not available.

The mobo doesn't affect performance

Why Ivy and not Haswell?

Hello,

I want to know if there is any drop in performance if i go with a B75 motherboard and an Intel i5 3570(non K)?? I'm on a budget and i have no plan to OC.

Here is the motherboard: http://www.msi.com/product/mb/B75MA-G43.html

Thanks

No difference performance wise between z77 and b75. I do wonder why you are looking at i5- 3xxx cpu. New generation, i5-4xxx performs better and the price differential is generally very small. With i5-4xxx non-overclocking motherboards generally use B85, H81, or H87 chipset.

b75 are fine, but you will get NO overclocking potential.

b75 with an i3 is a decent start, however as people have said getting a 6xxx AMD, even if you have to import, would likely be better.

I wish i can get Haswell but the i5 4670 is around $300 as well as entry level mobo.

Ouch! I guess it's B75 then. H77 is also compatible, so you may want to see if there are any motherboards using that chip set at a better price.
