Nvidia 760 and depending on the title the 270x either performs better or worse than the 760.

760 seems to be pretty close

A  GTX 760 is essentially a GTX 670 with some of the cuda cores turned off, it's still about as fast as a GTX 670 but costs less than a GTX 660 Ti. Nvidia has not released anything below the GTX 760 yet so basically what you're looking for is a GTX 760.

Not for CUDA. The 660 Ti has more cuda cores.
