So I put the x4 630 in the PC and it ran pretty solid! The only thing is the games are still having some studder. Would have something to do with the drive? I have the 1TB Green HDD it came with. It only runs at 5400RPM, is that causing it to bottleneck?

I have 8GB of RAM running on it. Just L4D2 and TF2. I'm running 60fps but sometimes it goes to 45fps
