Thank you for all the answers so far, i really liked that you guys answered so lighting fast :) So i think the conclusion is that i can overclock from 3.5Ghz to 3.9Ghz, because that is my Turbo Boost, and my cpu can support that speed, am i right ?

most likely you can, but we can't promise anything. And there is no definition cpu "supporting" clockspeed. You will get 3.7.-3.8 most likely but maybe 3.9 too. It depends on exact model. Note that turbo boost increases clockspeed only of one core, so there is no promises that it will work stable at 3.9 with default voltage.

Hello, i am a new user, and i dont know how everything works on this site, but i couldnt find the answer myself, so i  thought i would be a good idea to ask someone.. So, i have a H81-Gamer motherboard, a I5-4690 (Not K) CPU, and a Be quiet shadow rock slim cooler. I know my CPU is not unlocked, but i think i can still get some overclock, however i am not entirely sure if my motherboard is capable for overclocking, i saw some options to change the multiplier, but i want to be entirly sure, if someone knows the anwer, please help :)

Thank you very much :D

No you need a 'K' CPU and a 'Z' motherboard to overclock.

Do to the chipset not supporting overclocking (source: http://ark.intel.com/products/75016/Intel-H81-Chipset), I believe you will not be able to.

Nope. Incorrect, to a certain extent, on LGA 1150 almost all motherboards can overclock, H81, B85 etc, meanwhile on Skylake and Z170 you can overclock the Non-K CPUs, but in OP's case you cannot overclock.

My current build - Ever Changing.

Number 1 On LTT LGA 1150 CPU Cinebench R15

you can overlcock it a bit, with base clock and multiplier that is being held for turbo boost
