So i am an idiot. I plugged usb cord into my jfp2 slot on mother board. When i powrree it on stsrted burning. Shut it off immediately and unplugs usb cord. When i turn it on now. My tv registers a new input but when i select the input it says no signal.... What did i break

The motherboard, possibly the CPU/GPU/ram.

Take it to a PC store like NCIX so they can test all your parts and find what you need to replace.

You may have fried your mobo. I suggest calling your manufacturer as ask for advice.
