I'm wondering if my PC would be able to run it because the CPU is under the minimum specs 

My Specs are

• FX-6300
• MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr 2gb OC
• 8gb of DDR3 (next upgrade is 16gb of ram)
• EVGA 450BV

Im wondering just if I would be able to play it at a decent frame rate

Yes, on LOW or maybe MEDIUM settings.

Ok I'm fine with the lowered settings I have to play most games on minimum or low with my laptop

I can't even run cs:go on my laptop on the lowest settings x.x At least not above like 15 fps or something. Heck even Rocket League runs smoother, I'm guessing the cpu is bottlenecking stuff (or the whole system is a bottleneck to itself)

Oh know whats the bottleneck in my system its the Igpu

I did see a vídeo on how to get an external GPU running on a laptop but from what I've seen it's not really worth it, considering you get this really weird flicker every 10 seconds or so and you have to give up the wi-fi capabilities

I don't even know when I'm getting paid to buy this used PC (sorry that the page is in portuguese but the specs are pretty universal):

He apparently didn't use it much and it's still within warranty. I am going to ask him if I could benchmark it and stuff so don't worry Also I looked up the prices for that stuff on amazon and a price comparison website and it was like 1200 eur so I dunno, maybe prices are inflated ._.

I would ask bout 100 pounds less but I might use a external GPU on my laptop

I'm not as good as Bob (Scrapyard Wars 4 I believe) at lowering prices so I dunno. The other day it was 750 eur, then he lowered to 725 and now 700, I'll play the waiting game (I don't even have the Money so I dunno if it qualifies as waiting) to see if it goes down to about 650

 

Don't worry too much about pricing, we portuguese tend to overprice used stuff and squeeze the most Money out of it as humanly possible

The 770 might have to use lowered details but you shouldn't have trouble hitting the 60Hz mark.
