RAID 0 to Single Drive?

I have two 250 SSDs in RAID 0, it's mostly for the OS and content creation. I'm currently tearing down my PC to sell it off in parts, so I'd like to move everything to one SSD and that transfer all the data onto my laptop. If I can't do that, I would like to simply back it up onto a single drive. Anyone know how to do this?
