Hello there!

I need some advice concerning what will be my first build. Before I buy it all I want to get some feedback and opinions on it.

I wonder if anyone has any experience with those components and can give advice. Should I switch anything or is it fine as it is right now?

So far I planned on using the following components:

Spoiler

Asus Prime B350-Plus

AMD Ryzen 5 1600

(maybe Scythe Mugen 5 or EKL Ben Nevis Tower cooler if it improves anything)

Gainward Phoenix GTX 1070

16GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3000 Dual Kit

be quiet! Pure Power 10 500W OR Seas Modular Active PFC 550RM SSR G 550 (Is there any difference except the 50 extra Watt)

be quiet! Silent Base 600

I intend to mainly (but not exclusively) use it for gaming. I mainly play CS:GO atm and would love to get my 144Hz at 1080p with max settings.

Budget is ~1000€ which I just about hit with what I have so far, but if there's significant improvement for a little more, i would not mind.

If I forgot to mention anything, just tell me and I'll gladly add it.

Thanks in advance for all help!

Snip

that PC will smoke CS:GO @ 1080p 144hz; you probably needn't spend that much (but having some performance headroom is never a bad thing). I would recommend a different notherboard which has features like USB C, 7.1 audio, and whatnot... it should be very easy to find a similarly priced board which has those features (such as the MSI Tomohawk/PC Mate). I'm not familiar with those PSU's but I can't imagine you doing anything with this system which they cannot handle.

Your build looks good.  Looks for deals on parts if you don't need to build this right away.  You'll be able to get it down with rebates and such.  Lucky for you, you're getting a stock cooler with that cpu.  I had to wait for Corsair to ship me an AM4 bracket.  Used a ARCTIC Freezer Xtreme air cooler while we waited for it.

My fiance and I just built her Ryzen machine.

In win 303 case

MSI B350 Tomahawk

Ryzen 1600x

16gb ram

Corsair H100i V2 cooler

EVGA 600 Power Supply

Using an old gtx 760 for now, but it's still great, wasn't really built for gaming anyhow.

If it interests you to run at 4Ghz, the 1600x is very easy to overclock to it, you'll need to get a cooler though, none come with it.

I believe you can just over clock it higher.  1600x has XFR... buit if you overclock it yourself it disables that.  Just google XFR.

She edits video on this build so the more the better I suppose.

No matter what you decide, you'll need to update your mother board bios when you get it.  It's extremely simple to do.

xfr is on every single chip only the X versions shift 100mhz while the lower end parts only go up by 50 from what i´ve read
