How to Connect 360 Controller??

You can't, you need a wireless adapter (like the one from Microsoft or the countless knock offs).

The advantage (at least of the official one) is that you can connect up to four controllers for split screen and stuff.

i got an generic adapter and i can do four controllers

Good to know :) I never used any and just knew the original ones were able to do that.
