<150 usd headphones HELP

I am seeking for some help please
I need a headphone that met my needs:
-Nice clear sound -I come from a ATH M50s that passed away recently.
-closed back
-On-ear i meant over ear
extras:
-Easy to repair in case something goes wrong
-Noise canceling (airplane level)

Well there's plenty of good recommendations here: 

 

But most (all?) of these are around ear. If you really want on ear or something like it and want ANC... I'd go in search of a used but in good condition pair of Bose QC35 or, if you cant find them, QC25. They're the best for noise canceling I've experienced, closed back, and ... I actually don't know if they qualify as on ear. I don't think they are, but they're lightweight enough its hard to tell.

 

But if by on-ear you meant around ear then that list has a bunch of good stuff to research. Most people gravitate towards the DT770 if they like treble or the K553 for some more balance. Missing from the list are the Sennheiser 598 CS, which are not as good as the actual 598, but not bad by any leap imo.
